Clarification

Good evening - PJ here. Thought I should write a quick note to all. As we progress towards improving our communication home and giving you as much information as possible about the tremendous jobs our boys are doing, we also must be careful about exactly what information we put out there on a public blog. This is done, not only as a way of controlling our image, but also to protect the boys involved as well.

At some point in all of our lives, we have all made mistakes that we regret and would like to take back. Two young men made a poor decision that temporarily affected the tour, but the problems have been corrected and the tour has continued, without those young men. We hope this experience can be a growth opportunity, not only for the young men, but for our organization as we move forward. I ask for your patience as the staff continues to keep your boys safe and entertained during the adjustment phase that undoubtedly follows a situation like this.

I would also like to reiterate that it is not always possible to get these updates done on a regular basis. Numerous factors go into making each one of these updates possible, and on any given day, any of those factors can affect the speed and consistency of these updates. I assure you that the staff of the Viking Choir understands your desire for information and is working to address the situation as soon as it is possible. Your understanding and patience will go a long way towards ensuring the continued safety of your sons.
