Meetball-meatball, what's in word. Just found out that the this blogging sight has a spell checker. Not that it will help much but maybe who knows.
Met the guys back from their host families at the Bower Hill Community Church and they had breakfast waiting for us. Fruit, cereal, scones, muffins and juices. The boys and I got to meet one of host's family's daughter Grace Ann. I think that the guys who stayed at their house were a little smitten by her and it became contagious as you can see in the picture

We left Pittsburgh with the threat of rain hanging over us and the humidity around what must have been 99 percent. It's good to be in an air conditioned bus! Short trip to Lancaster, we did some housekeeping bus duties and stopped at a rest stop to have lunch which was packed for us by Bower Hill Community Church. They went all out in packing sandwiches, cookies, apples, chips and water. More than enough for everyone - didn't think that I would see the time when everyone would say they couldn't eat any more. I now know what was meant by the saying "an army travels on it's stomach". These guys can pack away the food!
We made it to Lancaster and spent twice amount of time that we expected getting through the extremely narrow streets.
We finally make it and even have time this time to eat a leisurely dinner of - no not meetballs- a Greek salad, spaghetti , cherry crisp, milk, and another hot dish.
We next visited the church for warm ups. We we treated by going into a 130 year old beautiful church with with fantastic acoustics. I took video of the concert and when you hear it you will understand what I mean as the video was taken from the choir loft at the back of the church. We have a bug going through the group and I've handed out more cough drops than I thought possible but as I said before these guys are troopers and gave another fantastic performance.
All the guys got off to their respective host families and with so much extra time on our hand Andy decided that we should take a scenic tour of some of Lancaster's neighborhoods in trying to find our accommodations. Finally we did make it and after a review of videos we hit the sack for some much needed sleep by the staff as we have a day off and "get" to relax by touring the Gettysburg battlefield tomorrow. Say a prayer for me please:) (you have to love spell check - only 8 mispelled words corrected)
Jim

It's pretty common to be passing out a lot of cough drops when it's hot and they're singing a lot. The day off should help them out.
